My room was facing the front of the hotel on the second floor and the bright light that lights the front walkway shown through the curtains of my bedroom window at night. You need either thicker curtains for that room or a light that lights only the walkway and not the entire front of the hotel.

The rooms are clean and functional, however carpet have seen better days while clean it need replacement soon as it has quite some stains. Food in the hotel is really good! mmm Yumi!

Good value, fantastic breakfast buffet with healthy options, kids club with fun play areas, use of health club next door with olympic sized indoor heated pool (hard to find in these parts). Important to note that this hotel is outside of Jerusalem in a forest--great for those wanting nature and quiet, bad for tourists wanting easy access to Jerusalem.
The staff were cold and not friendly. A worker in the lobby told us we couldn't order a drink so we had to go to the manager. Upon check out we were told that vat was due even though I presented an American passport. Be ware of this!
